Kroger still hopes to buy Albertsons. But for all the interested parties, it’s a lot of wait-and-see.
Today, Kroger announced it would again push back the expiration date on its offer to buy the Boise-based grocer. The “exchange offers” were set to expire today, and now expire on December 3rd.
