- Add phone and emails to Employee Status Notification
Article – 10 Vacations
- Add 1 week vacation after 20 years.
- 25 days after 20 years, effective 1/1/2023
Article – 11 Holiday Pay
- Add Veterans Day
Article – 17 Wage Scale
Wages Progression;
- July 2021 increase the top rate 75 cents, retroactive to July 1st, 2021, to those at journeyman and over the wage scale.
- July 2021 Reconstruct pay scale including eliminate the first and second step, increase all other steps in the scale, Appendix A-Classification and wages.
- December 1, 2022; Journeymen employees including those over wage scale will receive a 75 cents per hour bonus (on all straight time hours worked in the previous 12 months).
- January 1, 2024; increase the top rate 50 cents to those at journeyman and over the wage scale.
