A major grocery chain is in some trouble after a customer recently filed a class action lawsuit against the supermarket.
Publix, one of the largest grocery stores with over 1,300 locations in the U.S., is under fire after Wendy Koutouzis of Florida filed suit over the store’s pricing. Russo Trial Lawyers represents Koutouzis in her claim that the store “overcharged due to Publix’s deceptive practices at the checkout,” according to the Russo Firm website.
