There aren’t any significant changes to report from negotiations this week though discussions with the employers did continue this week.
The bargaining committee is continuing to review proposals from the companies.
A briefing for the advisory committee is scheduled for next Wednesday, Jan. 13 and we will get the details distributed shortly.
Arizona’s minimum wage increased on January 1 and Flagstaff’s minimum wage increased even more and is higher than any other city in Arizona. Both of these increases are being factored into the current strategy for wage progressions and top rates.
