Move over Publix, there’s a new favorite in town.
Trader Joe’s has overtaken the Lakeland-based supermarket chain in popularity, according to data from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Trader Joe’s fan base only appears to be growing as the Hawaiian-themed chain earned a score of 86 out of 100 — a 2% increase from last year’s rating.
Meanwhile, Publix’s score of 84 out of 100 remained unchanged compared to 2025.
