A long-time grocery store at Lake Tahoe’s Stateline permanently closed its doors following a roof collapse.
Raley’s announced on Monday that it was permanently closing its Stateline location on 4000 Lake Tahoe Boulevard after assessing the condition of the store.
“A portion of the roof structure at Raley’s Stateline collapsed due to the weight of the increased snowpack,” said Chelsea Minor, executive director of community impact and public affairs for Raley’s, in an emailed statement.
