After nearly six weeks of a strike, union workers of Heaven Hill Distillery’s Bardstown facility and the company have reached a “tentative agreement” on a five-year contract, according to both the union and the company.

Union members were to vote on the contract on Saturday.

Matt Aubrey, the president of the the United Food and Commercial Workers 23D union, said in a statement Friday that the union has “reached a fully recommended tentative agreement with Heaven Hill on a five-year contract.”
